My periods are massively irregular and I suffer from acne. My bmi is in normal range and my hirutism is manageable. I am just wondering

When I saw the doctor after all these tests he said that the only thing he noticed was that I was slightly dehydrated and that there was slight ketosis and that I should get my IUD (coil) removed which I am going to do.

So I had my scan today good news I have to decent sized follicles for my iui one at 14mm and one 11mm so they should be good. Although nurse said my lining was thin not even thick enough to measure☹️ Have another scan Saturday to check it any recommendations to try and thicken it up before then?? Xxx
