Role of vitamin e
Pv patients r so prone to clotting thus in danger of having stroke or heart attack. Vitamin e as i found has the ability to prevent blood clot and also reduce free radicals that cause cell damage. So can we take it regularly as a medicine for pv?

Anybody had a embryo transfer with a lining measuring 6mm?
Just wondering if there are any ladies on the forum that have had transfers with a lining measuring around 6mm? I’ve been trying to have a frozen transfer for over a year now and have just had my 5th FET attempt cancelled. My clinic wants my lining to be over 7mm but it averages around 6mm (6.4mm is

2 months after postectomy
Hello everyone, I had a postectomy 2 months ago, it has healed fine, but there are still some bumps in the exposed mucossa, it feels still a bit tight. I'm using an essential oil with vitamin E several times a day. Will these desappear or stay? Would a steroid cream help?

Prep for FET help please
Hi ladies Slowly but surely coming out of the other side of my MMC 😥 The best thing for me is to have a plan, we have a consultation in a months time to discuss next steps, which will be FET. After 3 fresh cycles, I've never actually done a FET. So I'm doing my normal researching into everything 😂

Lymphodema
My new lymphedema therapist has been treating my arm with tapes and laser, so after four treatments it's almost the same size as my other arm and I haven't worn a sleeve all that time. Previously I'd been told I'd always have to wear it. He's given me lots of info about the role of the lymphatic system

Hello, Had my fibroscan today. Was kind of hoping that would give me some peace of mind and closure but sadly not. Showed 12 kPa. Pea-nuts for diabetic Diet - is it safe ? How to include in your Diet!
Yes, it is Safe for Diabetes and very helpful in controlling your blood Sugar, subject to a condition that you are not allergic to it... And if you are not allergic to it , you are a lucky Diabete!🙂 Because ! (1) It has lower carbs than Almond...lowest carb content among all legumes. (2) Low GI.

am i healing properly? it’s been almost a year. PLEASE ANSWER.
in late august 2019, i got circumcised at 18 years old. it’s been a VERY slow healing process. now, it’s early august in 2020 and this is how it looks now that i’m 19. although it’s better than what i started with, it doesn’t look normal to me. when flaccid, it look so weird and makes me feel insecure

AIH diagnoses with asymptomatic patients, questions and my story
Thought I'd write here, I've been googling for a few weeks now about AIH and it's pretty hard to find support group forums other than this. I'm not from the UK, but cant find anything in my own country. I'd love to hear some stories how one got diagnosed with mild lft elevations and how long it took

Thin lining - advice please
Hi ladies, I just had my pre-FET scan and my lining is only 4.4mm :( Previous linings have been 10mm+ so I have no idea why I'm not responding to the meds as well this time. They've upped my doses and prescribed Vitamin E and Aspirin, but I was wondering if any of you have had lining success with any
