Ginger capsules, ginkgo tablets and l- Theanine tablets .
Can anyone tell me if there is a problem in taking any of the above supplements at the start of the day with vitamin supplements. As I'm thinking of adding the above, (over a period of time), to my regime, as an aid to helping my adrenals. Thank you

My neurologist has told me to ask doc for prescribed vitamin E tabs as my vitamin E levels are borderline low. Has anybody else been proscribed vitamin E and have they helped to improved ataxia symptoms?

7 year old boy diagnosed with Liver Disease
I'm devastated. Today I was told my 7 year old son has Liver disease. Despite a few issues he seems so healthy and happy at the moment. How do I tell him? What do I tell him? I did a bit of searching and was ill from reading the stories of how this disease degrades and the terror of watching your child
