Hi everyone I learnt a lot about vitamins from everyone here (thank you) but I've not heard much mentioned about vitamin e. A few sources seem to suggest it is important in hypothyroidism: https://thyroidpharmacist.com/articles/vitamin-e-and-hashimotos/ https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/23001627/ https

Suggestions for scar care where secondary healing has happened
Hi Guys, So I'm 11 months post cut and I had stitches burst which was left to secondary healing. It's left an unsightly red bump almost on the scar in that area. I've been using bio-oil since healing and vitamin e oil for about 3 weeks but I'm still not seeing alot of progress in that area. Does anyone

I had my liver biopsy in April and was diagnosed with AIH the same month. Please could you tell me if it is usual for the Dr to not give me any medication at the beginning? I had a blood test in May but nothing since then. Thank you for reading x

Vitamin E - A Contrarian View.
I came across this 3 days ago: "
Vitamin E causes prostate cancer.
" Yes, it was in bold letters. From Wikipedia, we quickly learn that there are 8 vitamin E variations - 4 tocopherols & 4 tocotrienols. Fat soluble, so more bioavailable in a meal containing fat. & deficiency is rare. [1
