I would be grateful for any comments on the XaERu and Folate below. I don't think that the XaERu is anything to worry about, as I believe that someone with liver disease has a very high level, but I don't know for sure. As for the Folate deficiency I have no idea. On a plus note the Gluten free diet

Hepatitis C - Doctor - Profound ignorance
I have Hepatitis C from 2011, I was treated with Ribavirin and interferon for 6 months. After this HCV was undetectable. In November 2014, my GP tells me that Hepatitis C is back in my body. They send me to a specialist after 5 months. The specialist, without to do any investigation, told me that took

Is it safe to drink aloe vera gel and can it help with the symptoms of scleroderma?
Professor Chris Denton answered this question in our latest 'Doc Spot' feature in our magazine. He said: "This is a very topical question since there has been a lot of publicity about the potential benefits of drinking juice and supplements containing aloe vera. This builds upon the use of preparations

PSP / Turkey Tail (Coriolus versicolor)
Charmander asked about PSP (used by Attitude67) The intriguing thing about the polysaccharopeptide (PSP) extracted from Turkey tail mushrooms, is the possibility that it might kill stem-like PCa cells. In advanced PCa, some cells develop stem-like qualities. The term "progenitor cell" is often used

GP gave all clear on test results , incorrectly!
Then today I received a letter and questionnaire from Public Health saying the lab had advised them that I had acute
Hepatitis
E
. Have done some research on this and feel the GP should have recognised it because there are implications and a follow up test is required a month later.

Vitamin D & J-/U-Shaped PCa Risk
Aim of this post: - to try to trash the Nordic studies with their J-/U-shaped risk curves. - to look at the only studies that really matter - vitamin D & survival. There are two main sets of PCa vitamin D study findings. Many studies have noted a reduction in PCa risk as blood levels increase. (However

A Great Diet Guide To Combat Anxiety Naturally
As always, these are simply my suggestions through my continued research on helping people with anxiety. As well as what has worked in my life, and may work in your life. I can only hope it takes away the confusion for many people in terms of what they think is best to eat to combat their anxiety naturally

How can I avoid all these foods?
