ANA Negative
My gp sent me for a ANA blood test which came back negative. She has referred me for a rheumatology appointment before the results came back, but I don't want to waste the rheumatology appointment. Has anyone else been diagnosed with a negative blood test?

Why am I being tested for Hep B?
I have had Budd Chiari for nearly 14 years, I have a shunt and luckily everything has been going fine since then. I have an app every 6 months for an ultrasound scan, then my outpatient app and bloods taken. I had an appointment yesterday and like normal I was in and out quite quickly as the scan showed

DNA fragmentation supplement advice. Could supplements be doing more harm than good?
Hey everyone hope you are well. Dh got his semen results at normal but then test revealed high DNA fragmentation. 42%. We don’t have time\money/willing to see a urologist but we are going to arrange some tests for infection. I do believe that abstinence period could be a big thing here… part of the

Vitamin E
Hi - I've read in "it starts with the egg" about taking 600mg of Vitamin E in preparation for FET. I'm finding it difficult to source this amount. Has anyone taken more or less? Looks like 1000iu translates to around 600-ish but feels like a big amount.

Any tips for Natural Modified FET (boost lining)?
Hi everyone, I have a persistent thinnish lining (around 6 to 7mm) after an episode of abnormal bleeding between periods (turned out to be silent endo and a polyp that did not show up on ultrasound). Before that, 11mm was my average. After failing a recent FET, my doctor decided to monitor my lining

Update
Just thought I would update my situation after being diagnosed with Nash in 2019. After changing my diet and losing 20 kilos I have been told by my surgeon who recently performed an operation to repair a large hiatus hernia that I do not have Nash. My liver has returned to its normal size and it's a

Vitamins/supplement balance 2ww and TTC. SO CONFUSING!
How do you manage preparing for an IVF cycle with suplements if you are also trying naturally? I am in a 2ww and might be pregnant if you believe in miracles. I have been taking the list below before, but learnt this is too much and can be detrimental in a two week wait so swapped for a pregnancy

NMN supplement help cirrhosis?
Hi, I have been diagnosed with decompensated cirrhosis in June 23, now in a compensated state with bloods improving every time. I have been abstinent since diagnosis. I do a lot of physical exercise and have been told it’s safe for me to take whey protein. I am very conscious of what I take and have

People with high blood levels of niacin, (vitamin B3), may be more likely to have a heart attack or stroke than those with lower levels
[i]I have a confession to make: I take vitamin supplements. Why is this a confession? Well, because research has indicated for years that dietary supplements are a waste of money for most people. https://www.newscientist.com/article/2325423-vitamins-and-dietary-supplements-are-a-waste-of-money-for-most-people

Healing slowed due to lack of sun energy.
I am still healing but it is slower and I need more sleep to heal. It became definitive when there was stronger February sun and there happened to be fewer clouds. I got "good sun" and needed a lot of sleep. The sun is doing its part it is the peskey clouds fault. 🙂 I do take 1000 IU of D3, 3 IU of
