Hi ladies,
I just had my pre-FET scan and my lining is only 4.4mm 
Previous linings have been 10mm+ so I have no idea why I'm not responding to the meds as well this time. They've upped my doses and prescribed Vitamin E and Aspirin, but I was wondering if any of you have had lining success with any other methods or supplements? I have 1 week!!

Hi, bless you. It's horrible when you go for a scan and leave feeling deflated. Hopeful the increased in meds are going to help but when my lining wasn't quite ready I drank a large glass POM juice, ate pineapple and Brazil nuts daily. I also popped a hot water bottle on my tummy for 45 mins every night until my next scan. I'm not sure if it was the increase in my Progynova or these things but my lining increased by over 4mm. Keep us updated and I'll be thinking of you. I'm good, thanks for asking. Currently 2dp5dt for my FET. My first fresh cycle ended in a chemical but surprisingly I'm feeling quite chilled at the moment. I'm under no illusions that'll remain the same over the next week 😂
You could give drinking raspberry leaf tea a go and get the tablet version too. Hot water bottle on your tummy, warm baths, keep your feet warm, gentle walking, lying with your feet up against the wall for 20mins. Best of luck, linings can be an absolute nightmare!!xx
Thanks Cinderella, I have some raspberry leaf tea but I've only been having 1 cup a day - maybe I'll up it... Will defo try the hot water bottle.

Try to up it to 2 to 3 cups a day....its even quite nice as a cool drink if you are struggling to have hot drinks in the summer. All these recommendations are defo for winter time eh?! Im not up to much, we had a transfer booked for next week but AF went AWOL....even on meds to induce a bleed (my body is an enigma)! Went back on meds for longer so hoping AF will show up next week or sooner.....I'll take anything lol! Hopefully get out to Greece in 3 to 4wks time.xx

I was on 6mg Progynova but they've upped it to 10mg, inc aspirin and vit E. xx
Hi my lovely. Same happened to me. Try some viagra? I was using that with internal estradiol. Worked quite well. The lining messing up is so stressful. I’d always been perfect with that before. Until time for frozen transfer. Everything crossed for you! Xox

Viagra increases blood flow. Worked for a bit for me then dropped. It’s the Lupron that’s the prob for me tho. In HK they’ve had strict two week quarantine at home using electronic wrist tags so I won’t be able to go to Greece again until quarantine drops or next summer tough times for so many people at the moment. Good luck with your lining! Just so many stresses we never imagined. I have one colleague who had one fresh transfer and one frozen transfer and now has two babies. Le sigh. Good luck! Xxx

I remember the dreamy days when I couldn't wait to take the test after the 2ww in hopes it had worked. Now I'm just crossing off one day at a time, hoping we even get to transfer. This cycle has been a bit disastrous to day the least. Sick of it all TBH. Would love to go and hide for a bit but, oh wait - we can't even leave the country. 2020 has some serious explaining to do xxx

Hi. I did tummy massage (youtubed it but basically circular movement clockwise) and i used caster oil. It increases bloodflow and helps digestion and just makes you feel good. I wouldn’t recommend this with fresh cycle as everything is tender but i liked it for my fet. After your done just stay relaxed in bed or do it before sleep xxx goodluck hunny

Little update on this one - had my scan this morning and my lining has made it to 7.94mm!!
So we're going ahead on Tuesday with the transfer. Eeeeeeeeeek.
To get it to this I was on: 10mg Progynova (3 orally, 2 internally), Vitamin E (1 a day), Aspirin (1 a day) and I had 200ml beetroot juice and did 2 x castor oil packs a day. xx

Ha ha ha it sure is bloody rollercoaster....just not as much fun!!🤯 Im doing ok thanks, started on meds for our FET, feeling a bit meh about it all (apart from the going to Greece bit😂) but dragging my ass along. First scan next Wed to see how my lazy lining is performing....the joys eh?!🤪 xx
Aww best of luck to you - fingers, toes and eyes crossed! Get on the castor oil packs! I did them twice a day with a hot water bottle and least of all it just felt super relaxing - I think it did help xx
