Hepatitis A and B Vaccination for PBC patients
I had in incident recently that made me worry about contracting Hepatitis A. I'll be doing blood test this week to check that out. But, as my doctor and I were talking, she said that it'd be good for me to get vaccinated against Hepatitis A and B. She said, in general, for people with chronic liver disease

My baby girl is probably having biliary atresia
My baby was born on time, healthy and beautiful, but very tiny about 2600. in about 2 months old we started to see she didn't have normal skin colour but my GP just ignored my concerns telling us that it's normal for newborn for sometime to have jaundice after they are born, finally I insisted on blood

Question about amiodarone
Diagnosed with chronic afib 14 years ago and my cardiologist wanted me to take amiodarone. After researching possible side effects (yikes!) I got a 2nd opinion and went the digoxin/warfarin/blood pressure meds route instead. I recently learned of the potential downsides of living with afib and went

Even on a warm day I am to be found wearing a thick jumper and cardigan, wrapped in a blanket and clutching

My liver biopsy report. What does this mean?
I've attached my liver biopsy report from the Mayo Clinic. They did not take the biopsy, but only reviewed the slides that were sent to them. It seems to diagnose AIH but is unclear about PBC stating that clinical correlation is necessary. The original pathologist from the place that did the biopsy
