FIT IS FUN CLUB for w/b 26th February 3rd March (for exercise achieved 19th - 25th)
I have realised that the most difficult thing to achieve is consistency (it applies both to exercise and
healthy
eating
) so it is really important to find something that you enjoy doing.

Hello. I have struggled with being over weight for about 20 years. I have lost weight in the past but gain again after a while. I have had lots of support here before too. I have now gotten into a really bad mind set where I eat very little but very sugary food. I will start with porridge for breakfast

Cialis duration after SBRT
I was prescribed Cialis as a possible protectant for radiation damage to blood vessels. I had a five session SBRT. A year out, I have few if any side effects. No erectile issues, but I’ve stayed on the Cialis on the assumption it might reduce future radiation damage. My research indicated ED started

Cirrhosis
My friend was diagnosed two years ago and has been relatively
healthy
since. Losing a lot of weight,
eating
healthy
and rarely drinking. He has been feeling sick lately and feeling bloated. Also feeling pain around the liver area. This seems to come and go.

Newbie with Tinnitus and Pulsatile Tinnitus
Hi everyone, I'm new to this forum and would appreciate any tips. I've had tinnitus for many years and PT for 18 months. I also have ear fullness, dizziness and headaches. Hi all I’m new to this group. I was diagnosed 18 months ago with tinnitus after I went the to my local Boots for hearing test and they said I had a 60% loss in my left ear, I was rather surprised. I was referred to audiologist given a hearing aid and that was that. Had two sessions of tinnitus therapy
