Fat and 54. Severe traumatic brain injuries put me in a coma a few years ago and I, for all the moaning I do, realise that I'm lucky to be alive.

Many health issues resulting from the head injuries, plenty from before then too.

I'll probably lurk more than I post but I'm glad to have found this place.
