Lasting relief from the Low Chemical Diet
For three weeks I ate what I liked except I avoided some of the onions and
garlic
I was offered. Zero RLS Arrived home expecting an immediate relapse so I (sort of) adhered to the diet. Still no RLS except for a couple of occasions that have driven me back to the diet.

Aspirin v garlic
He said don't take the aspirin but that three cloves of raw
garlic
eaten daily has the same effect. I was pleased as I have been doing this for a while. The easiest and most pleasant way is to buy the youngest freshest
garlic
you can, (less stinky) preferably organic.

Can someone cast their eyes over my latest blood test results please.
I take Vit D , Co Q10, B complex, Rosehip, Magnesium, K complex &
Garlic
on most days (occasionally I forget!) I used to take omeprazole for hiatus hernia and associated acid reflux but have not done so for about 18 months, instead I drink diluted ACV when required which controls the reflux.

It's lime, beet, spinach, celery,
garlic
, parsley, ginger, honey, apple cider vinegar and cayenne pepper. I drink part at least 90 minutes before I run. After I run, I drink the remainder and some solid food. I'm slow but steady.

Grrrrrrrrr...I'm in agony.
I eat healthy (apart from over indulgence of dark chocolate - my weakness 😁), I make up golden paste (turmeric paste), I eat loads of ginger and
garlic
. I'm thinking of supplements is 5htp. What other things are worth me trying.

Vegan for four months, now
I take home-made vegetable soups to work and have them with
garlic
toast followed by fresh or dried fruits, a variety of nuts, home-made biscuits (oats, seeds, Agave nectar , coconut etc). I have wall charts in my kitchen to remind of plant sources of calcium, iron and protein.

Have no idea what to do anymore
i've had ibs for about 10 years, my symptoms are extreme cramps and severe bloating which has got to the stage where nothing fits me, i'm not overweight and eat pretty healthy. i've been following the low fodmap diet for few years now and avoid trigger foods which make it worse such as too much fibre,

On FODMAPDIET you can't have
garlic
or onions, which I love. I have stopped drinking coffee and my 5:00 wine. I also try to stick to My blood type diet. I'm retired so I guess this is my challenge.
