Hi all, I have recently had a left mastectomy and lymph nodes removal due to large mass lobular cancer. Feeling unsure
Hello! So I am new to this site, and forum, so hoping I'm doing this right! I have had painful periods since I started in my early teens, but they have got worse as the years have gone on. When I was at high school, I could still go in and do my lessons, although I'd feel sore and under the weather

Gallstone effects to a daibetic.
It is told by a doctor after seeing my ultrasound scan of my abdomen done on routine medica check up that you have gallstone of size less than 5 mm. As I have no symtomps, he said no need to worry. Is this is risky to me. I have sugar since 3 years and BP and in normal. My age is 55yrs. Pl advice.

Finished treatment and feeling worthless
Hello Ladies A couple of months ago I finished a rollercoaster year of treatment - full mastectomy, chemo, lymph node removal, radiotherapy - and I've just started tamoxifen (10 years). It sounds mad but after the celebrations of finishing it all when I was on a real high, and just when I thought I'd

Denosumab (Prolia) injection - has anyone had any experience with it?
Hi I haven't posted for a while. I had breast cancer back in May 2014 and had a total mastectomy and lymph node removal. Although at the time no mets were found at a later CT scan a "shadow " was found on my spine (this was about 18 months ago). A PET scan revealed it was not active and my oncologist

At 6 month mark on urso and somewhat disappointing lab work
Hi! Just an update on me - I've been on urso since 3/30 so almost the 6 month mark. I've been showing steady improvement ( getting labs checked every 2 months) but my ALK jumped up this past week. My AST is down to 48 (was 115 at diagnosis - normal is 34) and my ALT is down to 85 ( was 219) so that's

US Scan report
Hi Everyone :) How are you all today? I hope today has been a good day for you. So I went to my GP again today and I asked for a copy of my (quick 5 min) US Scan report but the Dr wasn't very clear in explaining it. I know you may not be medically trained but wondered if anybody could shed any light
