Cheering you on to reach your goals 🎉🎉🎉
Sorry to hear you are having operations. I have had an operation also in which I had to lose weight. Having ill health is enough motivation to keep going with your weight loss. I would think your doctor would have referred you to a dietician who can monitor your weight and talk to you about your relationship with food. It is worth asking about. NHS choices is a good source for information for diet information or British dietetic association website.

If you need to lose the weight fairly quickly, I'd say look at The Blood Sugar Diet by Dr Michael Mosely. You can look it up online - and the book is about £3.50 from Amazon. I too have a dodgy gall bladder (and recently diagnosed diabetic) and am finding the diet so easy to keep to, and weight going down constantly. (where they suggest full fat yogurt, I'm using fat-free to help with the gall bladder issues, but many great recipes that are easy to make, and taste fantastic).
Thank you Liz 52 I will have a look on Amazon today and I will have a Google as well❤
