Hi people.

Im new here. I have just been diagnosed with gallstones and told to change my diet to very little fat and gallbladder friendly foods.

Hopimg someone may have a insight into this.

I waited 16 month for a gallbladder removal (keyhole Surgery) got pancreatitas in the time wating, fat free foods was my only food, jacket potato, no butter, dry bread rolls the found asda low fat good for you meals did not affect me to bad, now gallbladder is out, can't eat fibre, fruit or veg as it goes straight through me, I have codine phosphate tablets for any bouts of looseness. Not everyone is the same and hope you your not

Ive been living on rice crispies dry. Rich tea biscuite here and there. And small chopped up peices of chicken with dark greens. But stil have tight belly tonight with some pain.
