Possible stress fracture (tibia) - so frustrated
I suspect I have a stress fracture in my left tibia (medial side, about half way up). I have to wait 2 weeks for a GP appointment so I've had to base this on my own research so far. There's a quite specific sore spot and it gets sore when I walk on it, fine at rest. I am so frustrated about this. The

Finally makes sense
I started Firmagon about a year ago with great results for 5 months and then added Xtandi....Side effects from both were minimal due to weight training in gym 3x a week and aerobic running off days. I began researching the relatively newly FDA approved Orgovyx and it made sense to me to ask my MO to

The dreaded Virus.
I did protest because I can never walk far because of my 7 spinal
fractures
. I normally drive up there and I can walk down the corridor. But I haven’t now got the strength. I will be 80 this year I have got attendance allowance. Not that that helps me to walk.

What Now Pt 2
To follow up on my previous post "What Now" I went ahead and had my PCP order a DEXA Scan, after Oncologist said "Not Necessary, you're on Xgeva and your psa is low". Dexa revealed Osteopenia. Hip and Spine is -1.5 and femoral neck is -2.3 (flirting with osteoporosis). I'm asking myself Why The F@@

Possible shin splints?
My left shin...the outer side...feels like a lot of pressure in it. No pain, just pressure. It's worse when I'm standing still, not as bad walking about. If I flex my foot up, I really feel it. It goes from where my foot meets my leg, up towards my knee. Any ideas what it could be?

Life with fractures, help in the UK
I am in the UK and, at the moment, I am overwhelmed with pain from what I believe is another fracture. I started fracturing 6 years ago and dont feel that I am under anyone in particular who can help with day to day living etc. So far we have spent out on a chairlift (£5000) and an adjustable bed

(Part 5) Funding for Forsteo suddenly stopped!
So even although she has had at least 11 further
fractures
since her funding was first agreed, she is having 18 months treatment and not 24. Enquiries to her Rheumatology department have us being told that this is NHS England’s current policy. Has anyone else had this experience please?

Interaction Between Tamiflu and Lupron
Recently, I experienced somewhat serious side effects of interaction between Tamiflu and Lupron. I had a 3 month Lupron shot on October 17. Then I had a flu shot on October 24. MBST / MRT (Magnetic resonance therapy)
He underwent MBST for his damaged right foot (crush injury
fractures
) and he can now weight wear on that foot plus the pain is not nearly as bad. In 2023 we are planning more therapy with the MBST/MRT.

PSA , rise ?
Hello , Ive been on Eligard , Abi. , pred. since 02/22 . 1--250mg + 5mg pred w/ light meal . So my psa labs at V.A. were <.02 on 04/22 then on 08/22 were <.01 and recent 11/22 they are <.04 . So my question is , when to worry . Should I consider doing the 4 pills 1,000mg of Zytiga to see if this changes

Has Anyone Tried Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) - for expedited healing from radiation induced bone fractures & unhealing wounds?
I’m considering HBOT (defined below) to help heal my broken pelvic & sacrum
fractures
due to radiation weakening the bones.

Provenge
First infusion of Provenge yesterday- so far so good. small bruise at the injection site, a little swelling in the same place , the nurse had to poke around a bit in there to nail down that slippery vein. maybe a little more fatigue than usual, but i can't identify any other side effects (yet). the three

What now?
T-11 vertebral compression fracture ( osteoporotic/insufficiency fracture ) should I be concerned? Is this the result of 3-1/2 years of ADT + Zytiga??
