My name is Karen and I am the mother and wife of arthritis sufferers. As I said one relative did undergo PRP but it really did nothing to relieve the pain in either of her knees. She also has arthritis of the shoulder.
My other relative involved in a RTC now has arthritis of all his damaged joints including, wrist, shoulders, arms and knees. He underwent MBST for his damaged right foot (crush injury fractures) and he can now weight wear on that foot plus the pain is not nearly as bad.
In 2023 we are planning more therapy with the MBST/MRT. Unfortunately right now it is only offered privately but is not mega expensive and is so much better than having to undergo invasive surgery. Although if that is the preferred treatment then I am not suggesting do not go for it.
Arthritis is kind of brushed away I feel with the stock in trade diagnosis/es "Ah it is arthritis." Hey ho. Maybe one day a recognised cure will be found.
Happy Christmas everyone and hope this helps.

I've done MBST too, three times, two were specifically for osteoporosis and one for healing/pain after wrist fracture problems (I had 2 and a half years of pain post-fracture, that resolved with MBST).
I've had improvements in terms of healing and pain already while doing the therapy; I did two packages of 7 sessions each, in March 2022. The orthopedic doctor at the clinic where I did the MBST said up to three sessions can be done per day. I did two at a time, since I had to travel to get that therapy, I wanted to shorten the length of my stay.
For osteoporosis I have improved DEXA scans, ~3% increase in bone density, after the first therapy package. I will see in about half a year the next improvements, after the second package. For osteoporosis it's recommended to have a 10 session package (each session is one hour long)
I just wanted to share my results with this therapy, so others might know and try too.
