My left shin...the outer side...feels like a lot of pressure in it. No pain, just pressure. It's worse when I'm standing still, not as bad walking about. If I flex my foot up, I really feel it. It goes from where my foot meets my leg, up towards my knee. Any ideas what it could be?

GP? Pulled muscle? Rub oil/moisturiser gently.. It is the rubbing which may help rather than what you rub in
