Start Running again after injury. Which week?
I completed C25K nearly 2mths ago and was running 30-40 mins 3 times a week for a month until 2 weeks ago when I got shin splints. I'm only now ready to start running again but don't feel confident going straight back into 30 min runs.

That was my dilemma this morning. Had a terrible night... just a few hours disturbed sleep. When the alarm went off at 5, I couldn't have felt less like getting out of bed, let alone going out for a run. I was so torn.... my head voice was telling me I should just put the run off until tomorrow, so

I like to think myself as an early morning runner, getting my exercise in before I start work. However, I really struggled to drop off to sleep last night, no particular reason, just one of those nights when I couldnt stop my brain from thinking!
Alarm went off at 5:45am as normal
