Foot pain

Feel like there is a wire from my brain to my foot so when I’m anxious or not relaxed my foot hurts. I do have schizophrenia and this foot pain is strange.

Monday morning I awoke, got out of bed and as soon as I tried to walk on my right foot, I experienced pain along the side/outer edge of my foot, underneath my foot on outer edge and across the top of my foot roughly where the metatarsal bones are.

I've been diagnosed a couple of years now and have been under decent control with MTX for the past year. My presentation of RA has been in the big joints with nothing to speak of in the hands and feet. However, the last few days I've been getting odd pains in my feet. To make it easier to describe I've

doing these 2-5mins run cause bad mid foot pain that i need to stop during the run. i’ve tried neutral and stability running shoes, both not helping at all. anybody else experienced this? any advise? thanks in advance!

Biggest thing was there was no foot pain or ankle issues so I think I’ll be jeffing for a while to ensure I don’t aggravate my old injuries 🤣🏃‍♀️🤣🏃‍♀️🤣

Could sudden foot pain be a sign that I’m tapering too quickly? I was finally diagnosed with PMR last July having suffered with pain and stiffness since Christmas 2022. I have tapered to 12 mg of preds by decreasing .5 of a mg every two weeks which seemed to be working fine.

Does anyone experience severe foot pain at night? I get cramps in both my feet at night, but additionally, I get excruciating pain in my right foot. It feels like someone has put it in a vice and it’s crushing the bones in the top of my foot. It’s becoming unbearable 😩😩

Has anyone got any particular food allergies. I've been diagnosed with lupus for over 20 years. I've always gone pink after a glass of wine but recently 1 sip of alcohol and I am blotchy and swollen on my face and neck and it's started happening when I am eating too but I'm yet to identify what is causing

hello folks…… hoping to get a reply to this question….. every now and again I go through a period of time wherebye I get severe jabbing pain in the ball of my foot underneath my ankle…. for want of a better description, it’s like someone jabbing a very big needle into the ball of my foot….

Good morning, I'm suffering from severe hand and feet pain. I’m due to have an ultrasound of my hands in 2 weeks so my consultant doesn’t want me to have a course of steroids (the only thing that works for me to relieve pain) Has anyone got any suggestions to improve hand movement/ease pain in the interim

Have developed quite bad generalised aching/ throbbing foot pain which does not get better at rest. No injury or change in activity levels . I have been decreasing my dose slowly though. I don’t know whether to treat this as a flare or not as it’s not somewhere I’ve experienced pain before.

Does anyone else get what is more than likely nerve pain in the feet? It comes and goes like a shooting pain but has been a lot more frequent recently and it's not nice. At the moment it's like above my little toe. But it moves around both feet - and usually it was in the middle towards the upper part

hello everyone, I was wondering on like today my feet are good on injection day and in the eve the pain comes then it goes away, is that the nerves trying to heal or starting, hopefully.. this is my almost end of 2nd month of eod injections, I hope this is normal healing. thank you for your thoughts

On Thursday night I started with foot pain. Friday morning, it was full on buzzing in feet, slight twitching in soles of feet, and neuropathy in lower legs ankles and feet and past two nights I had to use ice blocks. Since Friday I'm back to using hyroxo and doing very little.

I’ve been feeling pretty good other than having some foot pain and pitting oedema. I had this red streak from my ankle, going down the tendon just over the midpoint of my foot going towards the toes without any potential cause of injury.

A week later, she was hospitalised with unbearable pain in her foot and was unable to walk. An MRI scan showed soft tissue damage but I suspected it was all due to, her neck and foot pain, hypothyroidism. They tested her TSH in Hospital after I requested a thyroid test.

I am at home now , the pain had gone but the foot is still red . I just wondered how common this is as I don’t see a lot mentioned about it regards

last 18 months have seen me in daily pain with reduced mobility due to lumbar spine stenosis and cauda equina. after being on waiting list for spinal injection for 8 months finally have a date in two weeks… I can’t have operation as I have aortic stenosis .I’m now having painful bladder problems..

I have pain in both legs. My left foot feels like it is in cold water or wet and num, although it is dry. My right leg I have a strange feeling like I have cut half way up my shin also my knee feels like it is twisting but its not.

good morning, I’m having a foot surgery on the 27th February, after surgery the only pain killer I can take will be codein I am able to take my pregabalin anything else could stop the bones fussing together. For the first 2 week I cannot weight bear.
