Hello again from the UK.. I have foot nerve damage and foot pain etc ..Dont worry too much..
The B12 helps the nerves...repair as the first stage....and in time... regenerate. Regeneration takes longer. I believe, years to fix fully sometimes.. But we know in here...nerves DO HEAL.. the body is a wonderful thing.
Both things cause the nerve to "fire" signals ...and send funny pain and other heat/cold sensations. But it all takes a long time to sort... numbness goes away very gradually... good diet...exercise...and foot rubs help i find
Yes I would say that is all normal healing stuff. I'm 8 months along with injections every 2/3 days and the really agonising stabbing shin pains I had to start with seem to have pretty much stopped now (although whenever I think that I get a not so gentle reminder pain from my body!) But still lots of weird nerve twinges and sensations...today I have the feeling of cuffs around both ankles 🤷🏼♀️ And things that were troublesome at the beginning like tinnitus sometimes return slightly differently - currently I'm getting waves of what I can only describe as air pressure deafness in one ear! But hey ho, I interpret it all as positive change and healing. Hang in there, you know you're on the right path x
thank you for the thoughts and your recovery stories I read them all the time and they help. in August it will be the end of 3 months of eod. like today I haven't had an injection and when I take my multi's I get wake up nerve all over and other strange nerve stimuli but yes it's all healing and my feet are feel fine so far today, so they come and go so I will know that is normal.
