been diagnosed with plantar fasciitis but not sure I’ve got it . Pain killers don’t work. My pain isn’t worse in the morning. My pain is there when anxious. Feel like there is a wire from my brain to my foot so when I’m anxious or not relaxed my foot hurts. I do have schizophrenia and this foot pain is strange.

There are several exercises that help with the condition. You will find them online / Youtube. Try them and see if things improve. I didn't find that pain medication was particularly effective.Hope things improve

Have you been to a podiatrist? You may need inserts in your shoes or you may need orthopaedic shoes. I’d give that a try.

hi samshell. I have plantar fasciitis as well. I found sneakers that come with arch support the only shoes I can wear. It’s not good to go without them, barefoot walking makes it worse. Sketchers makes good arch fit sneakers. I also have compression socks that I bought on Amazon. They are great for sleeping or any time it flares. Meds don’t work. I hope the pain calms down.
