Haven’t run for about 2 weeks so thought a bit of jeffing might ease me back into it slowly. Biggest thing was there was no foot pain or ankle issues so I think I’ll be jeffing for a while to ensure I don’t aggravate my old injuries 🤣🏃♀️🤣🏃♀️🤣

That's brilliant - well done! I love jeffing - it's how I run now. There's a great group on Facebook called Girls Who Jeff - it really is such a great way to run!
Ooooo I’ve not heard of that group. I always feel a bit of a cheat if I walk a bit but I suppose it’s all still exercising 🤣🤣🤣
I know the feeling - I had to overcome that too! Not cheating at all to walk. I mean if it's good enough for an Olympic athlete, it's good enough for me! I have asthma and find that jeffing enables me to run further than I ever thought possible. Enjoy it!
