Another thing ticked off the "To Do:" list

WooHoo!!! Another thing ticked off the "To Do List".

I rejuvenated my Green Crushed Velvet Coat bought at Amsterdam's Waterlooplein Market in 1990, I wore and loved it so much, the lining was ripped(now repaired), there was an ugly early repair job at a rip near the right pocket, my "Grimm Products" patch came in handy for that, I had also lost 2 buttons over the years, so I replaced those and gave it a clean; hopefully it'll last a few more years.

Been experiencing a lot of pain these past few months, fell away from a lot of my Pain Management Program, still Pacing everything and using Mindfulness as much as possible, I continue to set Smart Goals, not that there have been many to set. I am staying as Active as possible but my fitness levels are not what they were on completing the program. Feeling as if I have lost sight of my Values and not knowing how to implement the change I need, feeling useless and a total burden when my conditions flare and I am debilitated.

As many do, I got pretty down, as I wasn't doing what I felt I should, but I am reminding myself, that I have got things done, things that I have been wanting to do for years; so it's all positive.

Anything any of us are able to manage is a positive step forward, so join me, take little steps and get to where you want to be.

Remember and be kind to yourself.

Stay safe, keep well and be strong.
