After getting back to maintenance weight of 85kg I can’t wait to get back down the gym and gain the muscle I want. I’ve managed to keep weight down through lockdown and my fitness is probably at my best since been a teenager. Love my tennis and waking both are great for my mental health both better than the anti depression tablets I was on.

I'm so impressed! Really fab! Well done! If only we could bottle that feeling when you feel so good about yourself! So good too you managed to ditch the antidepressants! Keep going!

One of the reasons I came off the tablets was that even though was trying to lose weight with eating less and gym nothing was happening. Once out my system the weight come off.

I’m far from the finished piece but I’ve lost the weight I want and got my fitness back after a Complete ACL rupture and cartilage damage 2 years this month. Considering that my physio never really happened because of COVID I made the effort to exercise and build my knee.

Anything is possible if put your mind to it and make the effort.
