Stage 4 Breast Cancer I just started have had three rounds I feel so much better I was in horrible pain with this one. My second time around in two years . Newly diagnosed
Hi everyone. I was recently diagnosed with non metastatic, but aggressive pc. My psa in March of this year was 8.2 and then 10.1 four months later, so rising quickly. Biopsy was done at end of August, which showed significant tumor development on the right side and a Gleason score of 4,5 or 5,4 in half

Hello, I recently received a prostate cancer diagnosis and would values anyone’s feedback, experiences, or advice. I’m 53 and otherwise healthy. My biopsies showed various degrees of malignancy ranging from only one core at 3+4 , 2 at 3+3, and several just atypical. mpMRI did not show any evidence

I've posted here a few times to discuss gut health for those of you suffering from PA who also have gut issues. In my quest to find some relief from visceral hypersensitivity and massive intolerances (leading to malabsorption) I began acupuncture treatment this year. I am very lucky to have an anethesist

Could use encouragement - Depressed and Anxious, New Medication offered by Psychiatrist - It’s been a Hot Minute
I haven’t posted in a while, nor responded to people, but I could really use some encouragement. Sorry! I’m very depressed and anxious these days, SADD getting to me. My psychiatrist has offered a nasal spray 2x a week for 8 weeks that will work for up to five years to decrease depression. I’m waiting

Richter’s Transformation
A reminder to everyone going through the treatment process. Currently, Richter's cancer is not considered an incurable cancer or one with a poor prognosis. It is currently considered an aggressive lymphoma. Mortality is the same as that of diffuse large B-cell lymphoma. The greater the tumor uptake,

My Condition and OP - Update.
Hello all. Was having a lie-in this morning - The phone rang and it was the urology waiting list people. I was informed my op to see if the BCG treatment had worked or not, is scheduled for the 8th of October. I doubt very much the BCG will have worked - I think my urology/oncology nurse thinks

Great purchase
I want to make everyone aware of an amazing book by the world reknowned PBC expert. I encourage everyone, especially those newly diagnosed, to purchase this book - both editions if possible. Dr. Jones has been one of the contributors to The PBC Foundation's Thursdays' live Q&A sessions. This information

A bit disappointed
I’ve seen my haematologist today. My blood results were pretty good, all in normal levels except a bit anaemic, so the EPO dose has been increased. I’ve been on peg interferon for 8 weeks. However, I requested quite a few weeks ago for referral to Professor Harrison at Guys, my doctor was reluctant
