Dear all, First of all, thank you very much for all the help and care I have always found on HealthUnlocked. I had my first infusion of obinituzumab and in my case, mainly due to my nephrotic syndrome kidney problem, I had a few problems. High fevers, which are common Attacks of hiccups that last

Calprotectin 452, Colonscopy and missing symptoms
Hi folks, I recently had a repeated Calprotectin test come back as 452 (previously 72). I have extreme weight loss (I’m currently a 34 year old female, 5’4” and 43kg) and have been experiencing months of daily waking to instant intense cramping and typically unpleasant bowel movement. I’ll continue

BAD NEWS
If you followed my recent post, you'll remember that I was ecstatic to have had a consultation with the team at Royal Marsden Cancer Clinic, where I was told that my PET scan of June, my PSA of June (4.4) and my overall good health meant that they felt I needed nothing more than dexamethasone and there

Can anyone give me advice on what cold meds they use while on Zoloft? I have sinusitis and am used to taking Sudafed but just read that it may cause seratonin syndrome with Zoloft. What cold meds can I take with Zoloft? Thank you.

bile ducts
I had a blood test few weeks back result was Alp 177and Alt 50. GP repeated them and they came back Alt 30, Alp 139 BUT GGT 105 which wasn’t tested previously. I paid to have an ultrasound scan which showed intrahepatic bile duct dilation of 3.6mm. Everything else was ok in terms of liver gall bladder

I've been diagnosed officially with PTSD this week which is not a shock. I begin EMDR sessions next week so hope those are able to help. I have these bouts of feeling hopeless. I'm trying not to go too hard on myself but just feel that things will never get easier. Cry myself to sleep most nights with

Juvia?
Hi, has anybody in this group tried Juvia? If so did it help and are you still using it? It sounds quite an interesting concept: its mixture of enzymes etc starts to digest carbohydrates before they hit the intestines. This lessens the chance of food fermenting and helping stop bloating, gas and bowel

Travel and Ibrance
I was diagnosed with MBC in June, 2023. I am on Ibrance and letrozole. My medical history is complicated by having had a donor stem cell transplant in 2018 for T cell lymphoma. My immune system was compromised from that but now with Ibrance I'm not sure what to expect in terms of traveling and

Appendicitis and PMR?
I’m 67, have well controlled PMR and take 5mg of Prednisolone. I have been on a low carb diet because of a diagnosis of pre diabetes. On occasion I have been feeling tired recently and put that down to the change of diet. Ten days ago I got severe stomach cramps and a temperature and went to the GP
