I am still healing but it is slower and I need more sleep to heal. It became definitive when there was stronger February sun and there happened to be fewer clouds. I got "good sun" and needed a lot of sleep. The sun is doing its part it is the peskey clouds fault. 🙂
I do take 1000 IU of D3, 3 IU of vitamin E and 85 mcg of K2.
I have studied Vitamin D for 15 years and understand my body uses sun energy for many processes other than the accepted understanding of only vitamin D production.
From my study of vitamin D and discovery and exploration of I was able to mitigate the effects of B12 deficiency before it got so severe even medicial personnel could not keep misdiagnosing. They did advise insufficient supplementation. Pays just as well as misdiagnosing and they experience no adverse effects to their life when advising under supplementation. Over worked bla bla bla is not a rational excuse for not being capable of folowing the guidelines of their profession in my opinion.
Vitamin D3 and K2 is a recent improvement. I think about 5 years. Prior to that all vitamin D supplementation did was give you a good blood test.
I have tried blue light and tanning and it was ineffective which could have been due to B12 deficiency. It might have a positive effect now. I have enough going on and am not going to engage in the exploration and discovery to design a better treatment for sun and light deprivation.
I am lucky and can walk on the shore of a lake and get reflected sun which is more effective.
It is harder to get sun energy when it is below freezing. It can be done with knowledge and effort.
In NH we have had 4 days of clear weather and I have been able to get more sun and am less light and sun deprived. When I get more sun it is hard on my body and can lead to flu like symptoms. I get chills and experience mucusy etc. It is less severe now I no longer undersumplimate B12.
