So sorry to read Ooela. I hope you have support in eachother. Do you have anything frozen?

Technically you dont need to wait for a year. Alot of ladies dont have the time to wait very long. If you want to work on certain things like diet or supplementation then you could take a few months in between and build your levels if deficient? But it would be a personal choice x

Parents are a great support system and glad you have them there for you. I know what you mean re your husband. Some people deal with loss or grief differently. Some people cant really talk about it. My husband doesnt talk much and i cant stop talking about it. Give it a few days or weeks or how long you need and perhaps you can discuss next steps. As long as you both have the wish for a child it doesnt matter and you will find ways to move forward. 😘😘

Hi Ooela. Perhaps you need to speak about trying some low dose soluble aspirin or heparin to ensure that you have good blood circulation to your womb and the lining. It also helps to prevent any clotting too. Just my thoughts and I hope you've got plenty of support just now. Diane
