Good Liver Dr. in NJ.
Had a Fibroscan 2019 and no
Fibrosis
. So basically at this point I need a Dr. that can figure out why I can't get rid of the fatty liver, and if is getting better as the ultrasound comparisons are never done correctly.

NAFLD with Liver Pain
A few years ago, I was diagnosed with "most likely" NAFLD after blood tests showed a slightly higher than normal ALT level (~100) and some markers in a FibroSure test (no
fibrosis
but 0.44 necroinflammatory activity score, putting me in the middle of minimum and moderate activity) and ultrasound test

The blood work was a little abnormal and put me at stage F0, indicating no
fibrosis
. However, the scan indicated F2
fibrosis
with average stiffness of 6.45 kpa and maximum stiffness at 8.71 kpa. Which one is right do you think??? I am obese and need to lose 70lbs.

My dad 64 with a tracheostomy - Sedation? Steroids? progress
When we heard from doctors they still don't seem positive even though he went from 100 to 45, organs seems ok, he does have signs of
fibrosis
and lung scaring and CT for brain seems ok (no stroke). They keep saying he has still not turned a corner and speaking valve is way down the line.

Underactive thyroid & Fibroids link?
Hey guys, I'm new to this site and this is my first post! I was diagnosed with an underactive thyroid two years ago when I was 18, and was later diagnosed with uterine fibroids at 20. I have always had problems with my periods right from the very beginning when I was 11, but it never occurred to me

Just need a bit of support really, or a somewhat informed opinion
I finally paid for a private Fibro Scan July 2019 which showed
fibrosis
score 3.2 which was reassuring but my CAP was 257 indicating moderate fatty liver.

I underwent embryo transfer on 4th jan this month and today after 4 days I started to bleed. Still ongoing
ELF test was 7.9 so just slightly over into the moderate
fibrosis
stage. I had a telephone (because of covid) consultation with hepatologist in the summer and he sent me for the CT scan as my GP didn't know what the nodules were. Scan was clear.

Has anyone had a difficult Embryo Transfer that resulted in pregnancy?
Hello, I had my first ever embryo transferred today. They had difficulty getting the cathater all the way in because of the angle my cervix was sitting at. (despite a very full bladder). The Dr had to take over from nurse and he did a painful procedure on me which eventually worked and i hope to God
