Hi my name is Sara I had an Ectopic in 2018 December then from they found a fibrosis which I had removed in 2019 in November. After that my doctor told me everything was Fine and I should be pregnant in a fews months. Which I didn’t after months of frustration We finally got my husband tested and Found out he had 60% sperm Antibodies which he refuses to do anything about it. He doesn’t want to try IVF so right I am just clueless on what to do. And how to help him. I know started on Primrose oil 1500g which my friend recommended helped her Conceive and also Serrapeptase to help clear my fallopian tubes as from the Ectopic I know only have 1 tube. So trying anything that can help.
Would like some advice on what my husband can take to help with the sperm antibodies.

There are lots of supplements men can take to try and improve sperm quality, and the sperm amount, some will argue even sperm DNA fragmentation can be improved. Such as Fertilisan M, ubiquinol, selenium, proxeed etc.
In the case of antibodies however, i understand this can occur as a result of an injury or prior infection and is not something that non clinical methods can remove. ICSI via Ivf is incredibly effective though and will remove the antibodies prior to injecting the egg so resolves this issue entirely. My sisters husband had this same problem, actually almost 90% antibodies in his sperm but ICSI ivf worked first time for them. That said, if its 60% antibodies your husband has, it’s possible you could still get pregnant naturally, but as you’ve experienced, this is less likely.
I am more well versed on improving the numbers of sperm/quality etc, so perhaps some other people on here can provide more info.
Maybe you can encourage your husband to see a urologist. Sometimes they need to hear things in black and white from a professional, before they take things seriously. It was only after seeing the 4th urologist, my husband started to make real changes and see how serious things were.
