So sorry for your loss. Its really quite normal for your periods to be a bit screwy after a miscarriage (like we haven't been through enough). It generally takes about 3 months to settle on average but you can have very long cycles and also super short ones. I wouldn't worry unnecessarily at this stage as your hormones are all out of whack. Maybe give it a week or two more and then contact your GP? x
Oh that's so frustrating for you - if you haven't had enough to deal with...! Firstly, I'm really sorry for your loss and I hope you are doing okay. I also think I remember being told that it can take 6-8+ weeks to get your first period back, so you're still within that window (excuse my maths if I'm wrong). My first thought was whether you still had HcG in your system but you've tested already. Mine took approx 7 weeks to get to 0 post surgery.
I found it useful to keep tracking my temperature to see if/when I ovulated post miscarriage (so I knew when to expect my period) but I'm not sure how helpful that would be as it's also common not to ovulate in that first cycle. Could be something you pick up next cycle though if you're into that?
As Daisy says, periods can go wacky as your hormones are all over the show... So hopefully this gives you some comfort. Your body is doing amazing things x
