Elevated iron levels-advice please
After years of infertility and miscarriages, we were referred for
fertility
testing. We have been refused for IVF on NHS due to diminished ovarian reserve which is pretty low for my age. I am 42 years old.

My question really is around
fertility
. I have now been trying for a baby for nearly two years with one miscarriage.

Fertility Clinics in Bristol
Hi, I had my first round of IVF with the BCRM clinic in Bristol, which was luckily funded by the NHS. We're now looking to start our second round and are researching the various clinics in and around Bristol (BCRM is quite pricey!) - does anyone have any recommendations or good/bad experiences with any

Should we do a DNA fragmentation and semen microbiome test if above average normal sperm parameters?
My
fertility
acupuncturist has recommended repeating the semen analysts given the time passed, but also doing DNA fragmentation and semen microbiome testing. It’s just more money to spend on seemingly endless tests…,

CO-Q10 Advice
My
fertility
clinic also suggests the same ! The book suggests the ingredient ubiquinol is better than ubiquinone as it’s more soluable as well as a dose of 400mg if you are struggling to conceive.

IVF Cycle Failure/Fertility Diet
Hi - my first cycle of IVF has resulted in a negative pregnancy test. I had 10 follicles, 6 eggs retrieved, 3 mature, 2 fertilised & 1 early blastocyst which was transferred. I was on 450iu Meriofert with Ganerilix. If your first cycle failed what did you change for the second? I'm due to go again

Nothing found in laparoscopy
I think it's in my bowel but I'm certain they didn't search long enough plus I didn't have a specalist just general surgeons and a
fertility
expert operating. Has this happened to anyone else and then they've been diagnosed after a second lap? I'm so upset and heartbroken.

Acrylic nails
We are hopefully starting IVF very soon with Create
fertility
. I always have my nails done but I’m reading mixed experiences about whether I can have them on during egg collection/transfer. Has anyone had treatment with Create and can tell me whether they would have to be removed or not?

Pumpkin seeds offer numerous health benefits, including improved prostate health and fertility boost for men.

We had all
fertility
tests previously in a
fertility
clinic and this appointment is at the reproductive unit. Do you think is to complete the paperwork for funding and if so do you know how quickly after the funding comes through we can start our treatment?

min September I had a ultrasound done as part of investigation for
fertility
treatment. I’ve attached a picture below to show the report from it. I literally don’t know what any of it means or what’s normal or not. I’m seeing the consultant tomorrow to discuss my results.
