morning!

min September I had a ultrasound done as part of investigation for fertility treatment. I’ve attached a picture below to show the report from it. I literally don’t know what any of it means or what’s normal or not. I’m seeing the consultant tomorrow to discuss my results. Can someone look at them and tell me what to expect to hear to prepare me?
