If pain has stopped due to pill, is surgery still necessary?
Anyway I was all for the surgery , mainly because I’m worried about my
fertility
, but also because I don’t know what happens if you leave adhesions alone, and also I’ve been waiting so long for surgery after being in so much pain.

Endometriosis, adenomyosis & hysterectomy
I feel absolutely torn because I'm due
fertility
treatment any week now, but the pain I'm in is really bad and now I'm thinking it must be my adeno.

HyCoSy question
Anyway…in our early test days I was told by the consultant that checking my Fallopian tubes was pointless as we are unexplained infertility (so ovulating and regular periods, no sperm or male
fertility
concerns) and therefore the next step would be IVF regardless of the HyCoSy test.

GP care
I was diagnosed in 2019 and was then immediately referred to gynae/

but I have never had a proper consult with a gynae doctor!

IVIG versus prednisone
She's consulted with another colleague at the clinic who, I think, specialises more in
fertility
immunology and has come back with the recommendation that I have the IVIG infusions, and if I didn't want to foot the cost of those, I could opt for prednisone instead.

Not sure about radioactive iodine- best way to get a second opinion?
While part of me does want to sort out the massive lump, I am wondering if its worth it and the best course to take- I am also concerned about how this could affect
fertility
(I'm 28) and risk of cancers in future.

It’s all gone wrong…..
(Also worth noting I had a late MC in another relationship in 2014 and I have no children) Because of this my relationship has become strained, esp when I was told my
fertility
was low and ivf might be the only option. It’s all me. Low AMH, 40, too old basically.

Progesterone testing (without clinics support)
Hi all, I’m in the midst of a FET (possibly our last ever
fertility
treatment) and I want my progesterone levels checked. However my clinic doesn’t really support that. I’m going to do it anyway and if it’s too low, I might add extra cyclogest to my protocol.

Success stories with thin lining
Plus been doing acupuncture twice a week and
fertility
yoga. Despite all this my lining is still only at 6.3mm but the quality is excellent. Our consultant has decided that we should go for the transfer this Friday.
