Very nervous about booking Laparoscopy, are they always accurate?
Another main concern and a push for me to get the Laparoscopy, is
fertility
. Me and my fiancé are not ready to have a baby right now but it is definitely something we want in our near future, but do we leave it until that point to find out there may be a problem?

Any experience with desgestrel / cerazette / micrette progestogen only pill?
Struggling to see any benefit of staying on it at the moment while I await my laparoscopy (which I have no date for) but I’m scared about endo growing and it affecting my
fertility
as I’m hoping to start a family in the next 1-2 years but really want answers first :( Does anyone have experience with

Is a hysterectomy inevitable?
The consultant essentially said after we finish
fertility
treatment (at this stage we have had 7 failed ivf cycles and honestly my mind is a mess about what we should do) he would recommend a hysterectomy. I didn't expect this, and actually didn't think it was the go to solution any more.

Dr Shehata consultation for Immunology/NK cells testing tomorrow...any recommendations on questions to ask?
My
fertility
clinic again said it likely chromosomal abnormalities causing the 4 natural miscarriages and 2 IVF failures (no BFP) and thinks its a waste of time but I feel I have to do it to rule it out and then I can move forward knowing it is chromosomal abnormalities...if it indeed is.

SENSITIVE POST - low AMH at 31.
The ability to chat freely and openly about my
fertility
issues and see successes gave me hope. I also enjoyed looking at what others had changed with their diet to help with egg quality, books to go read and talks of lucky
fertility
charms to have around the house and wear gave me hope.

I no longer trust "alternative" practitioners when it comes to fertility
Claiming that dairy is bad when studies have shown that full fat dairy increases
fertility
. All this crap about making people feel paranoid that they are eating "energetically cold" foods, or that if they think the wrong kind of thoughts that the procedure won't work.

What to do?
In my head I’m already trying to cope with the
fertility
issue, the endo, the pain, the bleeding, and now have been told the only way to stop this is to use a pill which previously had me considering suicide. I don’t know how to cope.

Prostap vs Hysterectomy
Despite having 20+ years of
fertility
issues, 12 miscarriages and them finding both my tubes were blocked they would not give me a hysterectomy until I was 45. So we went with the prostap. Now, 4 years later they want me to have the surgery. My question is, Prostap is working perfectly.

Does varied cycle length influence fertility?
Hi, I’m 42 and we’ve been TTC for nearly a year. My AMH levels are quite high I believe at 56.7 but I’m concerned my varied cycle length may mean my eww quality isn’t so good. It ranges from 26-32 days. We are just about to start IVF and I’m looking for inspiration I suppose or a reality check as to

Is it normal to have to wait for 3 bleeds before frozen cycle?
I’ve been told by the
fertility
team that I must have 3 bleeds before we can start our frozen cycle. Is this correct? I’ve been told the reason for this is to allow my body to settle down and for the mediation to leave my system but it just seems too long 😩

Not enough focus on male fertility, feeling frustrated...
Bit frustrated as it’s taken to now for the consultant to recommend that my husband sees a male
fertility
specialist as it’s clear that our embryos were strong on days 1-3 then started to break down so it’s clear it’s the poor sperm (grade 1/2).

For anyone pregnant after fertility problems
There have been quite a few posts recently from people who are newly pregnant after
fertility
problems, and we wanted to remind you know that we have a group just for you. There is a closed Facebook group and we also hold regular online meetings.

FET Positive result but bad cramping
To say we are delighted is an understatement..... words cannot describe how I felt when we seen that positive result .....like most on here.... we have had our share of
fertility
problems. I’m obviously very excited but very scared too.....

Testing day BFN, advice needed please!
We only have one cycle left as we paid for a package through access
fertility
. Does anyone have any advice for tests or anything? I asked my consultant in the past about the nk cells test? They dismissed it and just say they think it's down to the embryo.
