Any tips for IVF?
Hello everyone 😊 So, after years of starting our
fertility
journey, we're finally doing our first cycle. It took a long time as we were first using NHS, and there was COVID, surgeries, etc etc.

Prostap periods
I have been having a few issues with not being accepted for free IVF treatment as my partner has a child from a previous relationship, however after looking on the NICE guidelines it states that someone who is going through
fertility
should not be given prostap injections.Â

Graves and menstrual cycle
Anxious about my
fertility
now. I’m also quite unhappy about relapsing. I hoped coming off in Sept meant this was the end of it. I don’t feel too unwell, just really tired etc. Has anyone looked seriously into natural cures to Graves?

Fertility referral with children?
Can we ask to be referred to a
fertility
specialist even though we already have two children? I understand we may not be eligible for IVF but can we still be referred to someone more specialist on the NHS to discuss options / further tests if appropriate or do we have to do everything privately.

Failed IVF and the end of the journey
All the stories I read around end in success but this is not my case and I was wondering what happens with those women that dont succed with their
fertility
journey.

Help! I want a baby so bad, but partner isn't ready ...and I have endometriosis!
I think every woman has that fear they won't be able to get pregnant or will have
fertility
issues and this diagnosis is making that fear way more likely.

at home fertility blood test
Hi all, Does any one have any experience with using an at home
fertility
test? The one I stumbled upon you send off a blood sample with a pin prick and they send it to a lab. Do these give you any useful information or is it just speculative based on the information you give them?

2 heartbeats seen on ultrasound at 7 weeks and 3 days.
Hello I’ve just joined here coming from the
fertility
network. We had an embryo transfer in December and found out the embryo split and we have potentially identical twins.

Help understanding TSH - seemingly quick decline
Also since my last IUI
fertility
treatment failed on 21st January I have been trying to reduce my calorie intake and increased exercise to try reduce my BMI in the next 3 months before looking at starting IVF. I have lost around 5lb since then. Would this be impacting my TSH?

Care Manchester or Create Fertility Manchester better for over 40
I am thinking about changing clinic but not sure if Care Manchester or Create
Fertility
Manchester would be better for my age and possibly not the highest chances.

caffeine intake
hi everyone, Before my
fertility
treatment I didn’t really limit my caffeine strictly at all, even in the two week wait, and I drank quite a lot of caffeine. Once my embryos were transferred I went down to two cups of tea a day, with the occasional 3rd if I had a headache.

Thyroid levels high and connection to MCs. Any experience with similar situ?
hi all I have had 4mcs (3 complete, 1 missed) and I met with a
fertility
consultant today. My thyroid levels are leaning towards the upper levels and may be linked to the mcs are her initial thoughts. I would like to check if anybody have had similar situations? Which treatment you received?
