Does anyone know how/where I can get some mental health support/therapy, specifically for fertility/miscarriage? I've tried my GP but they've just given me a link to the miscarriage association who don't provide counselling!
I had three rounds of IVF last year and all ended in early miscarriage (in each case, the 7 week scan showed that the embryo stopped developing) I'm struggling to process things at the moment and feeling really down xx

Hello 😊 I'm sorry you're struggling, the whole process is so exhausting isn't it.
Does your IVF clinic offer counselling? Mine provides fertility counselling for the duration of the time I'm under their care. It's an optional thing so maybe you said no right at the beginning of the process and forgot? I think it's definitely worth asking them x
As well as your clinics counsellor so would suggest contacting Tommys if you are in the UK for the misscariage support and counselling, your clinic or gp can refer you but you can also self refer. I’m so sorry for your losses 😥 xx
You're not alone. So sorry for your losses. Petals charity are really helpful. It depends on your local authority but if they cover your area you then can ask for a referral from your GP. Xx
So sorry to hear about the loss of your beautiful babies, there is a charity called Simba they are a Scottish charity but work across the whole of the UK. My sister had support from them and she highly recommended x Take care 💐
Take a look at the British Infertility Counselling Association bica.net This is not a free service but they are all specially trained in talking to people with fertility issues
