Bf and I had protected intimacy Thursday towards the end of my
fertility
period. Bleeding is more prevalent now and is kinda stretchy. No symptoms other than extreme fatigue. Any ideas?

unsure of what to do next
anyway i have had two laparoscopy , first in 2008 when diagnosed and they removed scare tissue, unstuck my ovaries and and general tidy up to help improve
fertility
. My second was in 2011 after at our ivf consultation I mentioned that the pain had got much worse.

PCOS and insulin resistance
she said they don't tend to prescribe metformin for pre diabetes/PCOS, only if they want to look at regulating periods for
fertility
reasons, which metformin can do. However I'm not trying to conceive and do not want children.

Oh this
fertility
journey, I don’t know if it’s for me I feel like giving up 🥺I don’t want sympathy but this forum has helped me with words of encouragement so appreciate any similar stories of defeat but a triumph. Xx

NK cell testing
Due to this I was wondering if this may be effecting
fertility
at all, and whether NHS funded IVF would complete a NK cell blood test. Has anyone else experienced this? If so, did NHS cover it during treatment or did you have to pay private to have it completed? x

shift work and ttc
I've been reading up on how sleep disruption can affect
fertility
in women and it's really concerning me. My question is, has anyone been through something similar and found that adjusting your shift pattern helped at all?

Donor plus potential pregnancy difficulties
It feels like if there's a problem with one person it's more clear cut but combine both and there's no straight answer as no way to test if my
fertility
is compromised.

mental health in first trimester
I do get private counseling (not related to
fertility
but I have told them about the IVF) and they have tried to help me do mindfulness and acceptance things but tbh it’s not working. I cry all the time and can hardly sleep.

The
fertility
clinic doesn’t want to see me until next week when they discharge me from the clinic. I think I want a private scan for comfort.

Advice on reducing TSH
It was well within range but still above the 2.5 or even 2 that my previous
fertility
clinic said was optimal for conception and keeping a pregnancy on track.
