Care Manchester or Create Fertility Manchester better for over 40

Hi All,

I would appreciate if you would PM me with some advice on 2 above clinics.

I am 41, AMH 4.2 last year. I have completed 3 cycles (5 transfers) which resulted in 1 TDMR, 2 BFN, 1 chemical and 1 early miscarriage.

I have stayed with the same clinic so far but my consultant doesn’t want to try anything different or do checks and just rely on me to say what I want next which is a bit frustrating.

I am thinking about changing clinic but not sure if Care Manchester or Create Fertility Manchester would be better for my age and possibly not the highest chances.

I am thinking about 2 multicycle package with Care offering caremaps or 3 multicycle with Create offering freeze all with Embryoscope, could add to any of this PGTA.

If any of you have a good or bad experience with these clinics or packages I would appreciate if you could PM me.

Do you also think I should do PGTA wherever I go? I had 2 BFNs from FET and some progress from fresh ones so believe my body reacts better to fresh transfers which are not possible with PGTA but my assumptions might be wrong.

Really don’t know what to do…

Hi I dont have any experience of these two clinics. I'm not sure what TDMR is but I wondered if it meant TFMR? If this is the case I think its very understandable to go in the direction of PGTA testing xx

Hi Lily, what feedback did you get here? I’m also looking at those two clinics for over 40s treatment.
