The thought of surgical menopause and losing my
fertility
is terrifying me but at the same time I feel guilty as I know I should be relieved as it could be so much worse. My friends and family all say I shouldn’t worry so much and focus on being in the moment.

NHS services while going private
Are we not able to use NHS for anything at all once you're paying

First cycle. What a rollercoaster. How do you do you cope with the highs and lows?
The first thing is how absolutely amazing this community is, we have so much admiration for the resilience and strength of everyone going through
fertility
treatments. It’s been a rollercoaster.

Losing focus
Although I'm not even sure I can explain it properly.I feel like I have kind of lost the focus of my
fertility
journey. I seem to be so focused on getting pregnant (and staying pregnant) that I've lost sight of the fact that my true dream is having a baby. Does that make sense?

Extensive history - how far to push testing before returning embryo
Hi I have had what feels like an extensive
fertility
journey with a lot of emotional pain along the way. Started trying at 33, am now 37. I'm in a position now where I have one PGTA tested embryo and one untested embryo.

Missed periods with pcos
New to this, not really sure what I'm doing to be honest but I have nobody else to mention this to really. So in April 2020 we decided to start trying for a baby in June 2021 I found out I have pcos and the
fertility
doctors told me in July 2021 to lose weight.

low Sperm Morphology/ count
But we do now have a NHS referral for our first
fertility
consultation in June, so I’m going to try to keep myself together and implement the changes we can do in the meantime, but gosh it’s a struggle to remain positive and not let this become all consuming! Thanks in advance X

Beginning my IVF journey & confused about next steps - help!
I received the results of my
fertility
MOT yesterday, but my meeting was rather hurried, and I’m confused about what to do next. I still need to receive my results in writing, but the consultant said that I had 4 follicles in each ovary and an AMH of 11.5. She said my uterus looked very healthy.

Intralapids Infusions / got to keep going 💕💕 💪 🤗
To keep you updated, I have had four chemical pregnancies in the past year ( ICSI IVF - I only have one fallopian tube) and have been trying to conceive naturally since 2018, so I embarked on the assisted
fertility
journey in 2022.

Obviously very upset as halted all prospects of further
fertility
treatment. My question is has anyone been through this before and could offer any advice?

Preconception Thyrotropin Levels and Thyroid Function at Early Gestation in Women With Hashimoto Thyroiditis
We've seen far too many cases where IVF and other
fertility
clinics seem grossly unaware of thyroid issues. (It would have been great if they had even considered T3 - at all. But we never actually expect that, do we?)

Referral to a fertility clinic
I'm all new to this and only had one appt with a gynea who said they would refer me to a
fertility
clinic and what I should do just sit and wait. There were no details given to me as how, when, where.

Any tips for IVF with endometriosis?
Hello everyone 😊 So, after years of starting our
fertility
journey, we're finally doing our first cycle. It took a long time as we were first using NHS, and there was COVID, surgeries, etc etc.
