Increased Ramipril Dose - Now dizzy and nausea
Hello - I have taken 2.5mg of Ramipril for the last 5 years. Blood pressure has increased and Dr advised increasing to 5mg. I started this two days ago but I've had dizziness / nausea ever since. Really unnerving and unpleasant I dont remember having these side effects when I first started the 2.5mg

Bruises
Had a heart attack in September and am taking bisoprolol, ramipril, eplerenone and brilique. Had a check up with my GP during the week and showed her my legs and arms as they are covered in deep purple bruises and she said I will now bleed for England. I obviously realise this is a minor problem in

Ramipril side effects
I've been taking Ramipril 1.25mg for nearly a week. Been noticing blood flow issues with my hands. Sometimes wake with the feeling of slight numbness/pins and needles. Some times during the day, they feel ever so slightly numb. Other times I struggle to warm my hands up. Has anyone experienced this

Felodipine
Ok- been on a variety of anti hypertensives for about 10 years- Ramipril made me cough continually so a couple of others were tried and eventually settled on Losartan 50mg. Until about 3 months ago when it seemed to stop working. Dose increased with no effect so GP added in amlodipine 5mg- cue awful

happy new year nothing but happiness & health.
Well I don’t post often but I read & revise a lot of other folks Experience & advise on here which is brilliant & a remedy for me. Anyway October I had that loop recorder put in due to a car accident. I’ve been given the go to drive again since nothing showed up even tho I explained it was just a normal

New to IBS diagnosis
Symptoms started November 2022. I was feeling extreme hunger, but when I was eating I didn't feel I wanted to finish anything. This also about the time my anxiety was high so I put it down to a lack of appetite. Just before Christmas the abdominal pain wasn't manageable with just hot water bottles, so

Which BP medication should I ask my doc for?
I been through many different BP medications. I started many years ago with Lisinopril, but got the classic cough. Moved to Amlodipine, then Candesartan, then Indapamide, back to Amlodipine, Lercanidipine and now back on Indapamide. Each worked to reduce my BP, but each had side effects I wasn't happy

Prescribed Amlodipine
I have recently been prescribed Amlodipine for high blood pressure , I was told to take it for a month & then make another appointment to see the doctor. I haven’t started taking it yet, I am to be honest, afraid, after reading the leaflet side effects section, example, 1 in 10 have reported palpitations

unstable angina
Hi I have been in and out of hospital since December with unstable angina. I am currently waiting for my 3rd angiogram so they can try drilling the blockage and fit a stent. 100 percent blocked right coronary artery double vessel disease. I am on so many tablets that I feel, like a zombie. Lisinopril

So Confussed
Hi I'm a complete newbie. After over 2 years of palpitations and only an ECG detecting an irregular heartbeat during the height of covid, having never seen a GP, or having a blood test or being placed on blood thinners, then being told that 1.25 Bisoprolol was all I needed during a phone appointment

Is anyone else taking this drug for heart failure ? I have ‘severe’ heart failure and already take Ramipril and Carvedilol and have now had this diabetes drug added to the mixture. If it works it is said to be very effective in improving things. I would love to have your opinions. Also do you have
