Update on me

I posted just over a month ago after starting Amlodipine with very high blood pressure had follow up on blood tests etc and also been put on Atrovatitin for cholesterol we have a very high rate of cardiovascular disease in my family and Dr wanted to act on it sooner rather than diet change plan I'm really pleased that my BP is coming in at 117 /74 to 122/78 I have no side effects from drugs now either .I'm trying very hard to come to terms with my grief and sadness and reduce high stress levels still walking my 10 miles a day with my dogs a few tweaks on diet as it was pretty much healthy any way
