Be your own case manager
My energy levels and
fatigue
have improved. Nothing has done this over the years. My next target is Myota prebiotic supplementation, as per the Behcets study, to see if this further enhances things. Overall target to come off colchicine. My bloods have all returned well.

Updated Lab Results (Armour and T3)
I would say the symptoms slightly improved but still suffering from
fatigue
. I get very tired around 5 pm every day. Regarding Ferritin, I took a blood builder megafood iron supplement for two weeks, but my ferritin level is still low, similar to my last year's reading.

And another fall!đ«.
So I've been taking it a lot easier these last few weeks, still suffering with extreme
fatigue
whilst various tests are being done, so I thought I'd do a steady ParkRun on Saturday.

Do I have PMR? This is getting ridiculous.
I would really like to know what a PMR flare up feels like *to you* compared to adrenal
fatigue
. My doctors think I am just experiencing adrenal
fatigue
along with "prednisone myalgia."
