Help with Medicheck results
I am determined to get to the bottom of my
fatigue
as it isn’t me and is really starting to get me down. So, I have had the Medicheck test above which will be forwarded to my GP before my telephone consultation on Wednesday. Any comments and advice will be gratefully received.

I take levothyroxine 50mg for subclinical thypothyroidism, escitalopram 20mg and valproate 500mg( for anxiety). My symptoms are classical symptoms of bradychardia, like dizziness, extreme

, confusion/memory problems, brainfog, near-fainting... Now I'll consult a cardiologist.

Fed up with low blood pressure fatigue
I have postural hypotension, and post eating hypotension with big drops on standing and am symptomatic with woozy head and
fatigue
even when it settles at at 90 over 60. BP most days in the 90s over 60s and often in the 80s over 50s and crashes lower on standing..

Low t4 symptoms
Also I gained weight almost a stone and my biggest problem is
fatigue
and muscle pains in my legs which wake me from my sleep, I have tried simple pain killers for this but this is going on weeks and I don’t want to be taking pain killers daily as they don’t work very well anyway!!

Sleep proven to help keep brains healthy
Anyone who suffers with
fatigue
might find this article helpful . There’s actually a really good reason why we need to sleep more post encephalitis . Sleep isn’t just a sign of
fatigue
- it actually keeps our brains healthy.

Autoimmune issues -- should I try Pegasys?
(2) If I'm already fatigued, will Pegasys improve the
fatigue
or make it worse? I know this can be dependent on an individual, but just looking for some member experiences.

Ferritin dropping, FT3 is not great
I have finally started to gain weight (which my doc considers one of the few, key symptoms of hypothyroidism) and have on going
fatigue
, sleeplessness, anxiety and god the awful brain fog. My latest bloods show a third consecutive drop in ferritin from 134 ug in July 2021 to 76 ug last week.

Should I get formally diagnosed?
Here is a bit of by background. 2 years ago I had to retire from my career (I was a maths teacher and deputy head of a school) as I had suffered for years with extreme
fatigue
, chronic pain, brain fog etc., to the point of becoming housebound. In the end I was diagnosed with ME/CFS.

Needing advice/suggestions re tweaking NDT
No longer suffering from
fatigue
but the hair loss is depressing me, also NO motivation and difficulty falling asleep at nights. Vitamins are all good. I supplement with a good B -complex, vitamin D3/k2, magnesium, cod liver oil, B12 sublingual 500 three times per week.

Exhaustion after Laparoscopy
Have others experienced this type of
fatigue
? I have had
fatigue
during ovulation and periods before which I've assumed is part of the endometriosis. I think I'm now on my period although it's hard to know as pain and bleeding is still off and on since the surgery.

OCD chronic exhaustion ?
The thing I am desperately worried about and can’t seem to find any expert knowledge is that her exhaustion is chronic and I’m worried she might develop ME / chronic
fatigue
or something.

No progress with Dr...and other possible symptoms?
On this basis my Dr is not willing to do any other testing, even though I do suffer with joint pain,
fatigue
, hair loss etc and have a family history of hypothyroidism. I have given up gluten for 5 months now just in case and I do feel perhaps slightly better.

Should I tell my rheumatologist?
I struggle to get through the day at work due to
fatigue
, consequently snack on coffee, biscuits, sandwiches (especially cheese). Since the call I have stopped drinking alcohol and been clean eating as much as possible.

Inflammation test - CRP
Gabapentin withdrawal syndrome (my term) exists and it's not fun
Fatigue
and dysregulation of other body systems also spawn my RLS symptoms If you have a chance for any reason to get a CRP test, do it. The results may refine your understanding of your RLS triggers.

Anyone taking Anagrelide w/ ET+CALR?
My platelets are in the millions so we are giving Pegasys another try but I'm dealing with some unpleasant side effects (already) and it's only been two weeks (dizziness, headaches, brain fog,
fatigue
, shortness of breath, irritability).
