Ran out of ampoules several months ago and have had no success in finding a new source.As a consequence have been without for some time and can feel the familiar fog and fatigue getting worse.

Any advice on where I can stock up so I can begin SI again? Or is it just dire now in terms of accessing b12 from overseas?
