Hypothyroidism symptoms, in range results, potential next steps?
Hi, I've had
fatigue
and stomach issues for around 10 years following a bout of food poisoning however in the last few years these symptoms have become worse and now cover most of the symptoms named by the NHS for hypothyroidism, including in the last year or so developing what I assume is a goitre.

Buprenorphine tablets and tiredness.
It’s difficult to trace exactly when it started, but within that time I’ve been experiencing increased
fatigue
. I can function fine when active - driving’s not a problem - but at leisure I’m dropping off whilst reading or watching the tele. Not an uncommon phenomenon, I know!

right side which left me without a thyroid- they started me on levothyroxine 125mg and calcium and vitimin d3 tablets in September that same year I had to have radioiodine as there were still cancerous cells lingering around- so here I am now in March, suffering from what I can only describe as extreme

metallic taste in mouth during pelvic radiation
Husband is 3/4 of the way through his IMRT pelvic radiation and the last few days the sour metallic taste is ever present plus he’s been nauseous with vomiting occasionally and more
fatigue
. Anyone experienced this during radiation? It doesn’t seem to be common but wanted to ask here.

Pegasys Update 1.0
Over the next three years increasingly struggled with
fatigue
and brain fog. I could be very energetic for a few months or very lethargic. Started having venesections as a test and these helped immensely. Although the balance with low iron was a challenge with very similar symptoms.

Debilitating anxiety
I ve never actually passed out but I have severe dizziness and
fatigue
and stay in bed 22 hours a day because of this and the fear to walk. This has been going for 3 yrs now. I always feel like I ll fall asleep or pass out if I stand more than 5min.

Is it possible for me to get back to skateboard with autoimmune disease ever?Or do I need to give it up forever?
I used to skate board, do boxing and play basketball, walk for hours and that declined slowly as I started getting extreme
fatigue
since 2020 and became unable to move and get out of bed. I was finally able to get diagnosed and I am on Hydroxycloroquine and that seems to be finally helping.

Exagerated SE's with second Lupron shot?
Headache, pain in tendons and joints,
fatigue
and terrible mood swings, mostly sadness. My weight training sessions got really hard to get through. I called my oncologist who didnt think my symtoms were related to the injection since my T level were almost zero already before the shot.

First antibody test results
I was diagnosed about 19 years ago with ME/Chronic
Fatigue
Syndrome. Every now and again I ask for various blood tests to be repeated to rule out any underlying illnesses that could be masked by the ME (blood count, kidney/liver function etc).

Big Question
I have considerable
fatigue
so I asked if I could come off of interferon. We did another BMB which was read as normal looking so the haematologist said yes to coming off Peg and monitoring monthly. My question to the group is whether this seems foolishly optimistic?

Thyroid results should i be worried ?
Everytime i get my thyroid checked it comes back normal, even though i still experience symptoms such as
fatigue
, coldness, depression, insomnia and most recently which i am attributing to my thyroid memory problems and some confusion. I am a 54 year old male.

Just need some advice on self injecting.
For years all of my symptoms had been put down to anxiety or chronic
fatigue
or migraines or “there is nothing wrong with you, it’s in your head”.

Apart from the PSA response, side effects have been limited to a couple of days of
fatigue
. I am scheduled to have follow up bone scans in late November - so until then its wait and hope.
