Suspected B12 deficiency
I have an appt on Friday with a chronic
fatigue
syndrome clinic/endo. I'm just wondering if I should dive straight in and ask for a trial of b12 injections? After these results I added high strength b12, b complex, iron, vit d and k2, Magnesium.

can low Thyroid cause crashes
Since all this kicked off 3 years ago iv had crashes pretty severe & last one lasted 2 months, symptoms were chronic
fatigue
, very weak limbs, dizziness standing up, anxiety, depression etc -then I would get better and able to lead a life again whilst not overdoing things.

Recent exacerbation of PLMD
Fatigue
is playing merry hell with my ability to work. It seems every time I settle into a routine with my RLS/PLMD something changes and I’m back to ‘sh1t city.’ Any thoughts on this would be much appreciated. Thank you.

NHS endos in Kent
She has symptoms of aching and
fatigue
and has had high cortisol and some symptoms of Sjogrens (tested for this but not diagnosed). Her TSH is 3.7 and FT4 9 (7-25) Antibodies not tested. She thinks her pituitary may be at fault and is aware of secondary hypothyroidism.

Need Help with Diagnosis
My husband has been suffering increasing
fatigue
for several years now, and he's always much colder than anyone else in the room. I understand that both of these can be symptoms of thyroid issues.

Surgery options
I have had severe pains everyday for a year along with
fatigue
, nausea ect. Everything's been ruled out apart from endometriosis which is what all my symptoms and history points at.

I was starting to get somewhere with my
fatigue
after so many years of struggle and now I have a new hurdle to struggle with. I'm feeling quite dejected.

Octasa and Diarrhea
In the last 48 hours started getting diarrhea and
fatigue
and mild stomach cramps. 6 x loose/watery stools a day. Is this a normal side effect of Octasa, and if so, how long might it last? It's tricky going from being symptom free on steroids l, to back to diarrhea again!

Taper Complete…
Fatigue
has been an issue this past month but it has been manageable. If I continue like this and feel reasonably well in a month or six weeks, I will get a blood test to check inflammation. Thanks very much; best wishes in 2024.

What could cause such dramatic weight gain
I have currently been on .1 mg Synthroid and 5 mcg Cytomel for three months, and while the blue lips, freezing cold and
fatigue
are gone, my legs are super swollen and hard, my "weight" is up 20 pounds in two months (unexplained by diet / lifestyle).

Hashimotos / ADHD
Some of her symptoms are temper tantrums, brain fog,
fatigue
, poor appetite. Our major concern is the temper meltdowns so wondering if this could be ADHD also? Our doctor has assured us that behaviour has nothing to do with thyroid. Please help and we are so confused and worried.

Constant vertigo, occasional nausea/vomiting,headaches, and
fatigue
. I get MRI’S regularly. I am on on several meds,Hydrocortisone, Tramadol, Ondansetron, Promethazine and Lorazapam. I’m concerned about the Tramadol I heard it is very addictive and hard to discontinue.

What does reducing look like for a person with no adrenal function?
Pain the stomach, nausea, headache, no appetite, over all blah,
fatigue
, aching in the hips, mentally very grim. know some of this is steroid reduction but I don’t think I have any adrenal function left after 8 years.
