Sjogren’s without dryness?

Hi! I’m wondering if anyone else has Sjogrens without dryness? I have mild dry eyes but not to the point that I need drops. I do experience fatigue and joint pain off and on. I’ve been on 100mg Hydroxycholoquine since my diagnosis in 2016. I recently changed rheumatologists and had new full bloodwork for a second opinion and he confirmed my diagnosis as I don’t have symptoms or bloodwork findings to point to another autoimmune disorder. Maybe I have one of those non-specified autoimmune diseases but is closest to Sjogrens? Dr suggested I could go to NIH to get to the bottom of it but since my symptoms are controlled for now I will likely wait on that. Def not feeling a need for more doctors appointments in my life! Anyone else in my position? Not totally sure of diagnosis because of no dryness (except for mild dry eye)?
