Exercise crashes
In the last couple months I've had two specific times when I had a big increase in
fatigue
and general feelings of unwellness after doing some high-intensity cardio. The symptoms increased 12-24 hours after the exercise. Prior to those crashes, I was doing pretty well symptom wise.

Low Cortisol-Thoughts please.
I am dealing with debilitating
fatigue
/exhaustion on a daily basis. I have recently changed GP practices and now have a wonderful GP who actually listens and takes things on board.

Reducing steroids and adrenal symptoms
I am already experiencing quite extreme
fatigue
in the second half of the day, which is likely to be related to Pred reduction. What about the overheating at night? These disturbing bouts last less than 30 minutes and are worse if I’ve eaten more the day before. Grateful for any thoughts.

Help with latest results please for endo appointment
I have had significant
fatigue
, dizziness/light headedness, palpitations since end of April and have been off work with it- I had put it down to stress (has been a very stressful past 2 years). I feel energy had been reduced for some time prior to this and haven’t had energy to do much exercise.

half life T3 in NDT
What I noticed was a wave of
fatigue
would come over me & when I ate (tho did not necessarily feel hungry), I felt like a wilted flower that had just been watered. Had gustatory thermogenesis (warm/hot after eating).

Chronic fatigue/pain
Thankyou all for your very informative, supportive messages and links. I have contacted GP who was initially going to increase dose of Pred before then tapering more slowly. Then decided bloods needed beforehand so I’ve had bloods taken today, speaking to GP Monday. I cannot fault the response and

Feeling so isolated after my diagnosis of endosalpingiosis
I’ve had migraines, sickness, nausea, pelvic pain, chronic
fatigue
and I’ve bled continuously since April. I’ve been to my GP (transferred back to the NHS) and quite frankly, there is no support. Not one GP I’ve seen is taking me seriously and I feel so isolated.

Remission vs controlled disease
I get a few aches and pains, a bit of
fatigue
, but am generally functional at a near-normal level. But maybe I’m wrong about what remission means, because I see people writing about being in remission tho still on various meds. What’s accurate here?

What Meds ?
First medication was Amiodarone swelling of ankles and
fatigue
came off after a few months. Next up was Bisoprolol extreme
fatigue
. Told the GP I felt better off off of it so he said stop taking it if you want. I take Apixaban and Losartan.

Post op fatigue
Just wondering if anyone else has had this.I had an eye operation a week ago , which went well but I found it really traumatic. I normally just put up with and cope with what life has thrown at me but thus has floored me. My RA inflammation has stayed under control but I'm so fatigued. I've never slept

Living with Long Covid but now Tinnitus too!
One of the major problems for me is
fatigue
which is very debilitating. I usually have nausea with that and dizziness which has caused balance problems. I have today been diagnosed with Tinnitus and told by GP likely have BPPV too.

Aching joints after stopping prednisolone
I went off to the Canaries for 2 weeks early January which helped the
fatigue
. But on return noticed increased stiffness and muscle ache. Any advice welcome as to whether this is all part & parcel of withdrawal symptoms. Was hoping to be skipping about by now.
