Exercise when dealing with poor balance and extreme fatigue
I’m very conscious that so many of you say that exercise is key to feeling better - has anybody found ways to work around the issues with balance and
fatigue
. (He does go to special exercise classes twice a week, but I want him to be able to exercise safely every day).

overwhelming fatigue
Wondering does anyone find that they get days of overwhelming
fatigue
? I’ve had a busy couple of weeks and have been noticing increasing
fatigue
. I know I should have rested, but kept pushing ahead. Now feel like I’ve completely wiped myself out with absolutely zero energy.

Description of Fatigue.
I find it helpful when others share their experiences with
fatigue
. I do not expect to be understood when I express my experience except here. So February 2019 my
fatigue
was acute, constant and progressively getting worse until I was hospitalized and given two transfusions.

Symptoms of flare?
On a few days I have varying degrees of
fatigue
, mood swings and some lightheadedness. Perhaps these are related to stress or physical activity. I have no pain stiffness etc at all. Are the symptoms I have mentioned "flares" or can I carry on reducing?

Loose Woman
Today Colleen talked about
fatigue
She was told the menopause. Is a vegan. Told pre diabetic type 2 I've emailed loose women as a good platform. Was her B12 tested .? Even if it was tested it should've been stated /discussed on the programme as very relevant to the topic !

2024: W40R3: First run of the fortieth week
Probably spring
fatigue
. The injured ankle was echoing. Maybe I'll stay on my usual route for a while and I will work on routine and regularity. But it's still a reason to celebrate :-) Happy running!

It’s difficult to know if the
fatigue

NE3107 added to levodopa enhances motor, non-motor benefits
“These data suggest that NE3107 as an adjunct therapy to levodopa may hold promise in ameliorating specific non-motor symptoms of Parkinson’s Disease, particularly in sleep/
fatigue
and restlessness of the legs,” Joseph Palumbo, MD, BioVie’s chief medical officer, said in a company press release.

Post ablation fatigue - update
There was a two week period in the third month where I experienced quite extreme
fatigue
. This is where you want to lie down for the weekend, not just a bit tired. This was never mentioned by the cardiologist, but is apparently quite common.

Newbie here.
About 3 years ago the gradual muscle
fatigue
and weakness started, it's not clinical, I can operate but have no stamina and reduced strength. Got no where with Endocrinology, other than low testosterone, treated and no difference.

experiencing stomach-ache side effects
Normal SE;
fatigue
, sweats, brain-fog, etc. May 10th I started adding Abiraterone acetate and Prednisone. The past week I’ve been experiencing stomach aches, sorta some contstipation (straining) and mild nausea. Any guesses if it’s the newer meds?
